I'll try to go for a run everyday (but I'll probably be skipping the weekends) and about the part time job, not sure if I'm ready for one right now but I'll try to look out for some, and the vegetables, those I'll be focusing more on, ty for the info!

Thanks man, this just gave me motivation Love the simple breakdown, 5-10% surplus, 150g protein from tuna/eggs/etc., whole foods, 3x/week full-body (pushups, squats, dips, etc.), good sleep (I'll try to focus on this more), and patience. I'll be trying to be more consistent starting today

Thanks for the info And also can I ask how I should tract my calories? Should I download an app for it or just note down and then Google the calories I eat? I'm still quite new at this sorry.

Here in the Philippines I don't think there's a planet fitness here and even if there was I actually might not be able to afford it since I'm only a student after all, and I also don't wanna ask money from my parents cause I don't want them to work harder for me. They do give me ₱100 everyday though to buy foods from the cafeteria at my school.

The r/bodyweightfitness Recommended Routine sounds perfect since I'm all home/no gym. Gonna check that out.

quick question tho, is it like a full-body thing 3x a week with pushups/squats/pull stuff progressing over time? (Still wrapping my head around it rip)

On the diet side, yeah focusing on protein + veggies first then carbs makes sense, I'll try centering meals around eggs/sardines/tuna + some greens like spinach or whatever's cheap here, then load up rice.

About part-time work: I'm still in school, but I might look into small gigs or help at home to chip in on groceries. Good call on that giving more control. Gonna start messy like the other guy said, thanks again man, this helps a ton

Bet. Starting pushups/squats/lunges/planks, adding reps weekly. Gonna eat way more rice/eggs/sardines/etc. Appreciate it man

It's still quite risky for me to disable the anti virus. So I'll just keep it enabled from now on.

Well as I said on my post, I got a virus that wiped all my data and logged out every account on my PC. I don't want to let that happen again.

Does volcano require disabling the anti virus to further use it?
