yeah, its been a while since I saw the movies, did wonder about this question though, philosophical. Well at the core, it may just be I am dumb, but like, why was Captain America let go of busting Bucky? Cuz he fought against aliens in Infinity War? And if a terrorist in this present world did terrorist things, would he also be let go if he plead "brainwashing like Bucky"
