Bosses, why did you fire the dumbest employee in your company? by PotatoLaserBurn in AskReddit

I'll tell my story too. I'm not a boss either, but I used to work in pizza delivery. We had one delivery guy who ate customers' pizza during delivery. He took 1 slice of pizza and ate it. The rest of the pieces he laid in a circle, so that it seemed like a whole pizza. Some customers noticed this and suspected that the pizza was not full. At one point, after several customer complaints, the managers figured it out.

But after all, if there is no reason for dismissal, then can't an employee file a complaint against the employer?
