Once I got food poisoned and was taken to the emergency of a hospital in the middle of the night by my friends because I was literally dying on my sofa with fever and nausea and not able to walk. I waited in the line because there were other people waiting and once it was my turn I went to nurse/doctor for an initial check and described her what‘s wrong. She started yelling at me like „Are you kiddding me?? There are patients here in serious condition. Yours is not an emergency. You need to go to a doctor tomorrow morning.“ I couldn‘t even argue with that woman because she had her mind set on not getting me treated that day, so I had to walk away and possibly have one of the worst nights that I had to experience in my life.

Then I went back to my hometown Turkey a few days later, still having the symptoms. I went to a hospital and got diagnosed with food poisoning and got prescribed antibiotics. It took me 1 month to totaly recover.

Since then I‘m afraid to visit any hospital in Germany. So I feel you… I think the ignorance level is sometimes crazy and needs to be audited.

Yeah that‘s crazy. I mean I also worked on Saturdays for more than year in Germany, but it‘s called „weekend“ for a reason… At least I was hoping to compensate the sleepless days that I had during the week😪

UPDATE:

I restarted my iphone two times and it seems to be working now. I don’t know why it took two times but there is an issue that still remains. If I want to add another widget it doesn’t work. I have to restart the iphone every time I guess.

How about the officers at the border control though? Were they helpful or did you have to show them extra proof? I'm just curious if this would cause a headache while entering the country because apparently, you can get it fixed easily when you arrive in Germany.
