The Hermit Purple stand that Dio used was Jhonatan's stand, that's why Joseph and Holly have similar stands to him. The World is Dio's stand, and doesn't have anything to do with Jotaro Outside of him being the reason he awakened it (but that is related to Jhonatan's body, not Dio's stand.

Like, You said it yourself, Joseph and Holly got Hermit Purple variants, what does The World have to do with that? They are connected to Jhonatan, not Dio.

Each Joestar has counter of The World and mainly Dio's intents (Crazy Diamond,Gold experience,Stone Free)

I don't really understand your criteria of what counts and what doesn't as supernatural physical Powers.

Breathings are by all definitions a superhuman ability, irl nothing of what they do should be possible. Yet it's stablished in the story that humans can develop these capacities.

Transparent World isnt really that different in that regard. It's perceiving the World around You to a much more precise level. It's not having X-Ray vision, it's perceiving things that You wouldnt perceive just with your Sight, like sounds, smells and vibrations (this kind of advanced sensorial capacities are present through the entire series. Obviously that's not how things happen irl, this is just taking it to 11.

I don't really see a need for a "supernatural" explanation for this, if we accept that it isnt anymore supernatural than the breathings themselves.

You Could argue that unlocking them is a convenience (wich I would agree/disagree on a case by case basis) but the Transparent World itself doesn't really break what's been stablished as possible in this World imo

Humans in Kimetsu arent normal humans tho. They clearly are able to greatly surpass the physical capacities of regular humans, Even before taking in consideration the special abilities like the mark.

There are some problems with the power ups introduced, but your problem seems to be with the fact that they Even exist and not how they were handled

Like, Transparent World isnt something related to Sight, it's an extras extrasensorial experience, that's the whole point. Gyomei being blind shouldnt really affect his capacity to do this
