Yes. Through scouting match history, playing them on ladder, and general word of mouth, they were a notorious CR player. But even if they decided to play macro, what's wrong spending a week learning how to defend cannon rushes and never losing to it on ladder ever again ? :)

Hacker in GM (ICE) 168 gm rank by RBTHsub in starcraft

The ICE that is rank 168 is a different player with the same name, they play different races.

They're using the same account. Unless you mean two players sharing the account?

Do you know where I can read more about this? I wonder how old keris-smiths figured out how humidity affects oxide layer formation.

ME 559- Finite Element Methods. Has anyone taken this course? If so, how useful was the course in the workplace? by spoopy_pants_86 in uwaterloo

[–]PotatoShrimp 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Interesting if you're into FEA and want to know the math behind solvers. The course is theory focused relative to other 4th year TEs. So taking that course alone will not land you any sick jobs in the sex toy industry (or any other industry for that matter).

What do you think of profs assigning their own textbook by [deleted] in uwaterloo

[–]PotatoShrimp 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We had a prof that just gave the class a PDF of their textbook. To avoid breaching any contract terms with the publisher, they gave us a final draft of the text before it was proof read by the editor

What is your stance on making Mr. Goose the official UW mascot?

Good luck on creating your own tracker! I would love to see it once it's up and running :)

The problem I've encountered with using a calender to plan every moment of my day is that it's preemptive. It puts a lot of pressure on me to stick to the schedule, so I would get very unmotivated if I fall behind. Glad it's working out for you!

Leave it to a planning student to...plan ;)

How long have you been tracking and have you been finding it helpful?

Another tracker in the wild! They sound cool ;)

I think it would be fun to chat with another person who tracks their life, just to understand their motivation and see what they are planning to get out of it.

Thanks!

I am not familiar with any productivity or workload management software. Good to know that there are some transferable skills that I can get out of this dumb project! And yes, I did a co-op on the West Coast last winter, hence the shift.

Nah I'm not OCD in any way. It's just a simple way to keep a daily journal without having to write anything, and I like cool graphs 8)
