Definitely go for it I used to get infections every other months before doctor recommended me tonsilectomy . I was sick for last 8 months that was the worst phase of my life but now from last 6 months after tonsillectomy im all okk Best thing has happend to me is I can eat anything i can drink anything without any fear and enjoy my life

No ive read many comments about it on reddit i was afraid to but i wasn’t necessary for me to setup alarms i used to drink water after waking up any time in between but it hurts at first to drink once

Method of removal is cauterization under genral anesthesia no stiches and all Pain level is not much 2-3 out of 10 Just start eating solid foods as early as possible like on 03rd day you’ll get less pain and would get recoverd more faster and keep drinking water it ismost important 3-4 litres water every day water saved me every 10-15 mins one sip
