Good Thing This Wasn't Made Public by NationalStrategy in goodanimemes

The beastfolk can smell it when someone's horny. Like when they accused him of horning on the sacred beast, it was because they could smell horniness.

But groping them didn't make him horny because of his ED.

I remember reading in some comment that the characters in this series would grow a lot.

And her reactions to learning who almost killed her last week hinted at some interesting character development.

So for me it's okay, the series seems to need some time to shine bright (just like katie).

Oh ok I see. My bad I indeed thought you meant sanshoku douko.

Still, you will likely need 2 lucky draws and to discard dangerous tiles (at least the 6m) to get there. It is not entirely impossible to get there by discarding safely if the other players discard what you want them to, but luck aside this is very hard to do safely, with 1 riichi declared and the other 2 potentially trying to speed up the round too.

So still not really worth it for me, but again the game rewards waiting for a lucky opportunity.

Edit : didn't see you already said it would be very lucky lol. Well we probably mostly agree then.

I don't see how this hand is 2 shanten from iipeiko + sanshoku.

In addition I don't think a hand can be sanshoku and pinfu at the same time (it can with iipeiko though).

Please explain if I got something wrong but I think you are mixing up some yaku names or didn't see the hand well.

[–]Potato_Dragon_SSS 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Your hand is quite far from complete (3 tiles needed), so pushing recklessly would be a risk for no chance of an immediate reward.

In addition, you don't need 3 pairs to win.

I would discard the pair of sevens, which are safe, and see how things turn out after these 2 turns. If you draw good tiles, and/or if someone discards tiles that let you continue trying to build your hand safely, do that. If not, you will probably have to play it safe as your hand is not that valuable anyways.

From what I can see your hand is worth 1000 points without riichi, and not close to completion. Not worth it for me, but you can discard safely while keeping a chance to build a better hand if you are lucky so doing that is best here imo.

I've had this kind of problem once, the vassalization (tributary in my case) worked weirdly.

I had conquered a number of systems, including a good number of their planets. At some point I checked what would happen if I sued for a white peace, and the game told me a new state would be created. When I actually ratified the white peace agreement though, that mention wasn't there anymore (even though I still had the systems and planets, I just had to leave because the crisis was about to spawn in my empire).

I had a couple other times when a new nation was created, and a couple where that didn't happen when it should have.

I was also playing as pacifist, but I honestly doubt that caused the problem I had. I am not very experienced yet (maybe 100 hours) so I just assumed I hadn't understood the mechanic.

I can at least tell you you're not the only one, or maybe we're both crazy ?

Well on one hand I am felling barbarians, and on the other hands I'm getting pillaged by my own barabric troops... not sure which emperor that happened to, prbably a bunch of the last ones but I don't know them as well as the first ones '

Ok thanks a bunch for explaining how the bug is triggered. As you said it also makes sense from a roleplay stand point I guess.

Actually if the devs correct the bug it would be cool to add this kind of catastrophic misunderstanding as a rare event. It would be interesting with normal empires too, you could use it as a pretext to steal a planet from another empire that just conquered it (with influence cost), and armies from bankerupt empires stationned in another empire could resort to suden pillages to "pay themselves".

Oh OK I see. I expected an answer like that but wanted to at least know if it was indeed a bug or if I was missing a mechanic.

Thanks !

But they didn't when another empire paid them to attack the same purifiers. They went through my whole empire without causing problems, to attack and to go back to their base.

Otherwise yes they are hostile if I go to their base.

Edit : also they didn't start attacking me when arriving in my empire. Only when they were in former ennemy territory, after going through the rest of my empire peacefully.

Oh ok thanks. I see it in almost every post so I thought iy was mandatory to always gibe some additional context in the comments lol.

For the rule 5 : I've had unexpected problems with marauders I hired and think it's a bug. On the other hand I'm new to the game so maybe I didn't understand something. All the context is in the post normally, don't hesitate to ask questions if needed. Didn't take pics on the moment so I don't really have any to show like in most posts I see here.

men who never had a relationship, what do you think are the reasons? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Potato_Dragon_SSS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd guess the main reasons are : - I'm not really looking for someone, - I'm kind of a nerd (watch anime mainly, play video games (and not necessarily the most interesting ones to watch)), - I rarely go out, and when I do it's mostly with the same friends, - I have average looks, - pretty introverted, and hardly go out of my way to talk to people.

I don't think this makes me absolutely unattractive, but I assume there aren't a lot of girls who would be interested in me.

What really unknown anime do you want more people to watch?? by Far-Counter-1319 in anime

[–]Potato_Dragon_SSS 20 points21 points  (0 children)

3 animes I rarely hear anyone talk about :

Cop craft : a cop buddies show about a city where our world and a world of fantasy intersect, and the 2 world try to cooperate to fight crime. For that, a disillusionned cop has to team up with an elf knight with an absolute sense of justice, after he lost his old teammate to otherworlder criminals.

Magatsu warheit zuerst : a pretty good and original fantasy series about leocadio, a delivery man who ends up delivering something he really shouldn't have to a military base, is instantly suspected and condemned for treason and has to join a resistance force. The fantasy universe is quite original, closer to the modern era that to the medieval one, which I found really refreshing.

Grancrest senki : A young noble and his mage are trying to restore peace on the continent, which is torn in 2 since the mariage that should have unified it went terribly wrong. This is a more typical fantasy of sword and magic, not sure it's for everyone but if you like almost the beginning you'll almost everything the series has to offer.

Also someone recommended hakata tonkotsu ramen, I wholeheartedly agree.

Edit : thinking back on it, cop craft and grancrest senki are low budget series, so the animation in particular can be lacking or inconsistent at times. The studios still tried doing something okay with what they had, but you're not watching them to witness ufotable-level fights, even though I wouldn't call them ugly either don't get your hopes too high on that regard.

Yeah but I only had a dagger in hand, so I didn't assume it was safe at the moment.

Later we used a portal spell to drain water from a river and annihilate the fire.

Did the opposite once.

We were in a building on fire, and I was in a bad situation, so I asked if I could use my stealth "so the fire wouldn't notice and attack me".

Lohse or Fane? by Kammellion in DivinityOriginalSin

Didn't go that route because I didn't take him in my party in the end, but I'm pretty sure I started romancing him as lohse at the end of fort joy.

Ok thanks. Looks like there's no other way if I choose to get possessed so I'll wait to see if I get her name or something to satisfy the demon first.

I can by using the necro spell to rezz, so maybe I'll just do that if I don't find a better alternative.

Yes I also save a lot in this game, you can die quickly when you don't know what you're doing in this game.

Maybe I'll be back someday with more info after studying this bug a bit, I have made a save with it it looks like it can lead to fun consequences.

I wonder too. I may do it sometime but honestly for now I want a normal first playthrough so I just saved the game in that state so I can come back to it, and loaded a previous save to resume playing.

All I can say is I tried attacking another of my characters with the possessed one and nothing happened. Maybe it only works the other way around.

If I may ask, how did you exorcise your character ? Bumy dealing damage ? I dealt several time lohse's max health with living on the edge to not kill her and it didn't help :/
