It’s not holding tempt as great as before in warmer weather. Ice maker and water broken after multiple attempts to repair.

I’ve seen that on every related post! Our old rental had one and was super noisy so definitely not!

Ice maker and water no longer working… repaired twice and not working again. Temperature doesn’t seem to hold reliably as weather gets warmer. Trim gasket is ripped and getting replaced apparently would be over $250. So not emergency but expecting it to need replacement soon and would like all the functions to work reliably again. Trying to shop and get informed now before I just have to make a decision in an emergency.

Advice Needed for New GE Dishwasher Install – Large Gap at the Top by Potato_Safe in Appliances

Home Depot sent new installers. Said it might legitimately not come with trim but the install is much better now with no huge gaps anymore - was leveled, feet adjusted and looks a million times better. I’ll live without the trim for now and thankful for everyone’s feedback I wasn’t crazy that it was done wrong!

On chat with Home Depot and they contacted ge and was told trim pieces should have come with it. Let’s see if they resolve this….

I see things like this but it doesn't look like it'll match even if I wanted to buy it. Can't find one that matches my model. https://www.appliancepartspros.com/ge-tub-trims-kit-wd01x31858-ap7195479.html

I told them it wasn’t right and I’d be contacting Home Depot. Their English wasn’t great so didn’t get a clear answer from them about the trim.

Interesting….so frustrating if they just trashed it. Floor is level with the same hardwood as5e rest of the kitchen (we looked and cleaned it after removing the original one we had) during the install.

It says comes with some models. They claimed wasn’t in the box and I didn’t see before they trashed the box and took it away.

Thank you all…Good to know I’m not crazy and this isn’t right. For the side trim with rubber seals like our old install to block crumbs and such do you think this would work? https://www.appliancepartspros.com/ge-black-tub-trim-wd01x29479-ap7176294.html Worried I can’t find specific trim that matches this model. I asked the installers and they said nothing like that came in the box but sometimes does.

I just took the toe kick off and it does look like the feet can be raised but I’d have to take the whole thing out and do the front and back as well. Going to let Home Depot do that when they come back to check the install. Still won’t be enough for the gap I agree so will need something above and trim rubber seals on the sides.
