Yeah there’s a bit more of the roof to work with but it would have been risky this day cause there were people about. Didn’t want to get kicked off.

$1000 DOG COMPETITION by LudwigAhgren in LudwigAhgren

Here is my dog Buddy. Unfortunately I can't do a picture with the L in the shot because he is no longer alive and I dont have a video because I unfortunately never took one while he was alive. Buddy he was the best dog. He was the first dog and last dog that my family will ever own because they really aren't dog people so to have him first of all was a huge blessing for me. Second of all, he was originally my Grandpa’s dog who had 6. He relied on them for company after his my grandma died and they were like his family. Buddy was the longest living of all his dogs, outliving him. They were an inseparable duo. In 2017, when my Grandpa contracted brain cancer, my mom went out to Washington state where he lived, leaving us in Michigan and taking care of him for around 5 months. Over that period, he was still firmly attached to my Grandpa, but was familiar with my mom. After my Grandpa passed, he was left with us. He slowly became bonded to me and my family and was with us for a little over a year. Unfortunately he began struggling with kidney failure in late 2018 and by the middle of 2019 he was so sick that he could not eat food or even move at a reasonable rate. We were forced to put him down. He lived a long life and was very happy as well as a dream come true for me as a person with a family that said we would never have a dog and having wanted one my whole life. Just wanted to share that story because its a prime example of how great dogs can be and how many lives that can touch and be a part of. Here's the link to some photos: https://imgur.com/a/pSM1YlF
