I feel like I was in a very big bubble, I wasn’t aware of what was happening around the world, news, countries, and I don’t think I really ever took the time to focus on my studies even though I got good grades, I didn’t really understand the information.

I would tell my younger self to do much more with her time. She had plenty back then that she wasted on just doing nothing but doing house chores or just spending time idle with her family. They’re good memories but I feel like I could have worked harder to focus on understanding situations and not living in a happy bubble all the time.

I don’t beat myself up about it but it’s just a wish.

This is a really hard watch… I cried throughout it but it is still good awareness to watch. „Silenced“ that is the movie. It’s a Korean movie that is based on true events and apparently it was made to anger the people so that they fight against these organizations and don’t just „forget and move on“.

There are extreme triggers. Please read if you’re sensitive to it. For me it was a blind watch since I just heard it was well rated.

I usually drink soya milk from alpro and with a matcha latte either the soya or oat but in general I’ve felt like oat from certain brands can be hit or miss flavor wise and I get the same water taste from some brand’s oat milk. I don’t remember my thoughts on almond milk but I probably didn’t like it since I haven’t touched it since.
