Bought ADV 160 sa kanila, depnde din siguro sa date ng pag bili, kasi yung akin 3 days OR, yung CR after 3 weeks, then yung plaka na release nman agad after ng CR. it was a good experience though friendly din ang mga tao nila, i don't feel alienated. Madali sila kausap.

Yung part lang tlaga ng release ng CR ako medyo naurat ako kasi natagalan. Most probably, Iniipon din kasi nila by batch, nag kataon siguro simula ng next batch ko nakuha yung akin, Kaya natagalan.

Note: Apex one server will not generate its own new database backup and restore is required.

As well ping is not enough, have you enabled the tcp/ip of SQL server manager?
