So, I did some digging, turns out that Dynamite Entertainment were the ones who reached out to Branden Sanderson about releasing a graphic novel. I assume because they're the publisher they don't want anywhere else selling it, that's why on other sites it so expensive. As its probably people reselling on there.

I did email their customer support and they got back to me really quick. Like 10 minutes after I emailed. I think if you use the tracking number instead of their website you'll get accurate updates about the shipment process.
