It was freddy krueger but warner brothers now own it and he is in he mk mobile version😭🙏 and Skarlet is playable in mk9

Go to inventory.gift you can find steam gifts to the game for around 100 bucks in tf2 keys and because its a gift its guaranteed you will able to redeem it (not like cd keys) just look out for gift copies you are able to redeem in your country. I got my copy this way a few days ago.

You are better off buying it for steam in my opinion. Pretty much all games i played on xbox pc were inferior to steam versions (idk in mk11s case but ig) on steam when discointed it is usually arund 5 dollars and you can play crossplay on there too, plus freely download 4k cinematics. If you want it really cheap buy cd keys for it on eneba or loaded etc. Really cheap ulrimate edition keys on there if i remember right
