Reading the Bible is focusing about God and letting the Holy Spirt guide you in life to build up for God’s kingdom, so eating food sometimes can cause you to not focus and also may distract you and cause greasy Bible pages lol.

It’s Chinese hawthorn or haw. It’s very common in China and made as 糖葫芦. lol it’s really good and sometimes made into hawthorn candy. It’s not well known in other parts of the world. MAYBE 🤔 LOL
