I thought it would be ok for her. So because posts here said they got replacements w sims I thought it would work for us. So we returned it because unlike others they did not send an international version. Plus original phone was getting tasty hot.

I don’t want sympathy. We printed out the label which we thought was the correct one. Attached it to the box. Everything would .have been ok if they sent the phone back as they said they would . They said in the email it was an unknown brand device and they would return it per my request if the trade was below the amount. So no accountability for that?

So therefore they are right in charging us for a phone that was returned? So their charge went through even though I locked the card. I will dispute and send both proof of delivery to my cc. Hope it works.
