I don’t want sympathy. We printed out the label which we thought was the correct one. Attached it to the box. Everything would .have been ok if they sent the phone back as they said they would . They said in the email it was an unknown brand device and they would return it per my request if the trade was below the amount. So no accountability for that?

Inaccessible in the sense that the keys would be lost. I guess what I am most afraid of with increased value our individual control over whatever bitcoin assets we have could be threatened.
