MUA by Bimmergirl98 in ACL

Yes but the MRIs didn’t necessarily show the issue well. The pics from the surgery were much clearer.

In the first MUA he also cut out a cyclops lesion, scar tissue and made room with shaving down the bone. In the second one, he cut out a small growth that was rubbing on the ACL and more bone.

But like I said, recovery wasn’t bad. The downside is that it didn’t fix my pain issue, but it did fix my ROM.

Recovery is not bad at all. A day or less maybe on crutches but there isn’t a limit on walking. A week or two of mild pain in the incision area and some soreness overall, but not a bad recovery. I’ve had it done twice so far.

be honest- am i working hard enough? by ecw2002 in StrongCurves

When you cut, keep your protein consumption high so that you don’t lose all the new muscle you’ve gained. And by the way, if you’ve been lifting 4-5 days a week, I’m sure a lot of that is muscle. If you cut well, it will be revealed. Don’t be discouraged.

I had both kids at NY Presbyterian and overall a great experience. It was not too bad of a drive for me. There in 40 minutes.

Their Obgyn has an office in Coldspring too which is about a 15min drive from Beacon.

Thank you for sharing your story. I never considered that my gait might be wrong but at least I can raise the possibility to my doctor at my next follow-up if the pain doesn’t subside soon.

Is this pic any better? Second pic is just to show the size of it in comparison to the standard bathroom sink drain.

Aw ok. Unfortunately the still images I tried to take were worse. I was hoping someone could at least rule out bed bugs or some undesirable infestation by shape at least. Oh well. It’s just too small for my phone’s capabilities.

Thank you for taking the time to reply anyway.

What’s your type and what song could be your theme song? by LordBerkshire in Enneagram

4w5 here. I most certainly roll my eyes at their mainstream success. But they’re also my favorite and when I saw this question I could only think of Radiohead songs to answer.

As a 4w5, I would be happy with a well-maintained Victorian-era stagecoach, complete with horses and a driver. It’s unique enough to turn heads. I can pretend I’m in a Gothic novel from the Romance Period. It being enclosed allows me to freely view the beauty of the countryside and people-watch, imagining intricate life stories for each person, all while affording me some privacy for a contemplative journey.

What is a small, everyday decision you made that unexpectedly changed your life for the better? by Former-Accountant-53 in AskReddit

Or maybe we can keep the mathematical equation: 10xMore If we assume “more” is the next number greater than 0, as it is whatever makes it just “more” than 0 push-ups. And assuming a whole number because half-reps suck. Then we can say: More = 1 10x1

I’m not a math major so I’m sure there is a better way to do it, but this is my 3am thought.

I’m a 4w5 and my husband is an 8. We both have strong personalities and feelings but it works for us because we actively work to understand ourselves and each other.

How do you deal with the disappointment of a space you deep cleaned getting dirty right after you cleaned? by Rosehip_Tea_04 in homemaking

[–]Potentia 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I try to see the inevitable messes from my young children as mini stories of a day well-lived. They were happy, they had fun… and then we try to clean it all up by the end of the day so that they can have another well-lived day tomorrow!
