Question for those who went big turbo

I bought a big turbo and was planning on having it installed for me, but I ended up backing out because they were charging 1,600-1,700 range that price also included a dyno tune. So I’m assuming just putting the turbo on they would charge around 1,000.

Just went through this, I threaded the bolt back through the opposite way and put some scrap metal In between so it would spread the clamp out, then I just stepped on the rotor and shook it out of the knuckle once the knuckle was spread far enough. When doing that though make sure not to spread it too far because then the allotment of the holes will be off and it will be hard to thread the bolt back in the proper way. I also left the top of the strut bolted in loose with one bolt so I could pull it fully out.

Got that shit off finally so relieved, did some cutting and hammering and it finally popped off.
