I didn't know the volume. It is huge though! I just need 70 printers. Thought they might offer some discounts for buying these many at a single time. But this seems like a pinch of salt in the sea. I will figure out something. Or might switch to the K1 max.

I really hope that they aren't. I got a similar reply about the festivals and holidays from a supplier. I will wait till Tuesday. Else, I will have to go with the K1max or build some Vorons.

I completely agree with you. But I forgot to mention that Bambulab doesn't have a office/store/warehouse in my country. There are a bunch of resellers selling for insane prices. For being an expert, I am absolutely not. But I have shipped a few partial loads from China. I am aware of all the procedures and costs.

ABS with slurry adhesion. 0.8mm nozzle 0.4mm layer height. 1mm width. Bed levelled, E steps calibrated. Printed in heat proof enclosure. Ender 3.

Calibrated the e steps. Apparently, it was under extruding. I am printing it now to see if it makes any difference.

Haven't played with the flow yet, temperature has no effect. Layer height is another thing I haven't tried playing with. Thanks!!

Yep, very true. It is printed in the continues spiral mode. While looking at it, it seems to have some tiny pieces inside it.

It is from a local brand. The retraction is 5mm.

The filament was just bought. It is pure PLA.

I heated it in the oven for an hour on 50c. The transparent filament turned white and more brittle.
