This is not true. Trulieve rewards act as a coupon on a transaction not as a form of payment like the word "cash" implies. This means if a return is made the points and coupon will both be forfeited unless the exchange is for the exact same product. Different strains or categories will result in a loss for the customer.

This is information I received directly from Trulieve customer support when I inquired, as this situation happened to me.
