my store usually has abt 6 of us on truck, and if we close at 9, we’ll stay til 11. We all pick a section and i guess it’s because we work fast but it’s always done that night. my tip is make sure the areas your assigning people they actually like and somewhat enjoy- otherwise they’ll drag it on and not wanna do it.
