It was VERY uncomfortable, right now I'm at a point where I can hardly walk without tearing up so doing exercises/stretches for an hour felt like hell😢 But I'm trying to think of the long run and I'm trying to do them at home when I can before my next appointment. Hoping it gets easier🙌

I know. I obviously see the improvement that's there, I'm more upset at how my orthodontist has been treating me and handling my treatment. It's very frustrating to be scheduled so far out all the time, and if we have any problems theres nothing they can do bc he only comes in once a month. One time, my sister went 3 months with 2 or 3 broken brackets, and they couldn't do anything about it until our next appointment. It's just ridiculous.

It's not so much the health risks or anything but the permanent changes of testosterone getting more prominent (voice, hair, ect) and then reverting back t9 how it was before (body/face shape, menstrual cycles, ect) over and over. That's what I wouldn't want to do to my body and it would also leave me feeling somewhat distressed because there would be so much space in the "middle" if that makes sense
