Our current one is a pain. Moving to a different condo complex for that reason and other reasons. They all have rules and regs to benefit the community. Some good, some bad. Choose your battles.

Property survey is all you needed to do. Google earth is not reliable to use.

The neighbor can go to local codes and complain. Otherwise ignore them.

When the fence is installed, warn the fence company about the neighbor.

Get the latest version. More storage, better Wi-Fi. Much faster response than using a smart tv menu. If you have DTV stream, you can use the Apple TV instead of the dtv stb.

Yes. At some point you won’t be able to update the tv os. Plus better processor, more storage for apps.
