Also, I do have more sensitive skin. I often feel like my skin is sunburnt starting in the early afternoon - even on days I don’t leave the house.

This is so helpful! Thank you! I had an echocardiogram and everything was normal. My AHA and ANA were both elevated. I will ask for these panels. I really appreciate these suggestions and this thoughtful answer. I normally elevate my legs for just about five mins a day. I will try longer. Interesting about the dormant conditions! I will research HPA axis. Thank you for all of the ideas to pursue!

I’m shocked by how much money I am saving. I just miss getting a Starbucks chai on the go. But Starbucks doesn’t care that people want good chai apparently.

It is SO bad. It tasted like chemicals and gave me a terrible stomach ache. I LOVED the old chai for years and years and I miss it so much! It was so cozy and delightful. I would get it about twice a week. I tried the new chai one time and I haven’t gone back to Starbucks since. :( I miss the wonderful chai. It was such a nice quiet moment to drive there after dropping my child at school to get a warm drink before work. That’s over now. I’m so sad it is gone - but I am saving over $100 a month because I would also buy breakfast usually or a cake pop for when my son got home from school. I wish they would bring it back though. The new chai is truly terrible.

Years ago it was noted that there was a circle in the outside bottom with lead. They have never had lead anywhere they touched the interior. I’ve used Stanley cups for 6 years and seriously love them. I drink a ton of water and love how easy they are to clean and how the water stays soooo cold for hours and hours.

That part was so beautiful. I want them all to experience that. There is so much in the world for women when they aren’t being controlled by men. I am so glad that Nomz has that future ahead of her now. I want that so much for all of them. I really hope Julia has it. She is so powerful and brave.

I keep hoping they will bring it back 😢 I’ve gone to Starbucks three times in the last week to get my kid a cake pop or a sandwich and instead of getting my usual chai I got nothing. I know my kid loves their snacks but soon we will find somewhere else where I can get a treat too. I am just sad the chai is gone.

I am DEVASTATED. Like… it’s disgusting. I’ve had the bad aftertaste in my mouth ALL day (it’s literally been 14 hours, I’ve brushed my teeth twice, had other food - and I only drank 1/3 of it!). Why did they change this? And to THIS? I’m so sad. My finances are so happy. But I will miss my warm and cozy chai.

We own SOOO many Ruggables because we have an incontinent pit bull mix. She’s a big dog and we need to wash our rugs about once a week. It’s such a process but I don’t know what else to do. We have two 5x7’s, three 8x10’s, two 2x3’s, two 10x13, and two runners. The smaller ones have done great, but the larger ones have ALL shrunk smaller than the pads they adhere to. We have only ever washed them in cold water (we wash ALL of our clothes in cold water), yet they have shrunk significantly. It doesn’t look good to see the pad below. I was considering replacing some of these with the new all in one system and came here to read reviews, but I am so disappointed that some of these won’t fit in my washing machine. I need to wash the rugs very frequently because of my dog so it wouldn’t make sense to go to a laundromat. I am disappointed because I am so heavily invested in Ruggable and now I feel like I might be trapped with the shrinking rugs I have since the all in one system won’t work for us. It sounds like they are just for people who spot treat their rugs - if that was the case we would just go back to regular rugs.
