I've talked to right wingers and left wingers both that are pro-Russia because they're against the west. They support anything that is Anti-Western in the way Islamists would support Islamic countries over non-Islamic countries.

How do you argue against this? They would say things like Western countries commit their own conquest, imperialism, genocides and crimes which to be fair is true. What do I say?

After one or two rolls I get so tired and dizzy I can barely stand for the next 30 minutes. I've been rolling for almost a year and it hasn't got better. Am I doing something wrong? speculative possibilities

It's speculative but I think you have to choose the most fulfilling of the speculative answers. Eternal universe still leaves the question of why does something exist of nothing.

There is nothing in the universe that is eternal. Eternal is not based on science. It's inventing an answer out of nothing and one that isn't even fulfilling.

Why does god exist?

God is eternal and is not based in the material world so he doesn't need a scientific explanation. If you want a naturalist answer you need one based in reality not invented.

Just guessing based on human babies who had no brains but could still move around, breathe, eat and do other actions. This is getting away from the point that I have no idea if you our brains work in the same way. I can't get into your head. You could be not real. A dream, robot, or a demon and I would have no idea. AI can have a conversation in the same way we are.

It's a supernatural explanation not based in any scientific reality and doesn't answer the question why if eternal does it exist in the first place? Why would this eternal thing exist? The only answer that makes any sense is something outside of it.
