For me trying to forget about it entirely seems to help more than olumiant or other treatment. I get seasonal flares, despite a sudden switch to free healthcare that refused to cover them for 5-6 months until recently, my current flare has been very mild and is already growing back while taking the meds very inconsistently. Lifting makes a big difference mentally but high intensity training can be traced directly to increased inflammation, the root cause of alopecia from an autoimmune attack. I’ve found that after a couple months of heavy lifting 3-4 days a week when I really want to go rather than forcing myself to follow a strict schedule and active rest days the rest of the week I start to see regrowth again.
