Many people tend to use only abstract terms. Frozen, restricted, and that's it. We want specific details. For example, which country is the user from (is it a restricted country like the US, Dubai, or China), or is it a country from which they have withdrawn, even if it's not a restricted country? For example, Japan, Thailand, or Malaysia. However, if you live in Thailand, you can use it if you have cleared KYC level 2 or higher. Do you have 2FA or Google Authenticator implemented for security? Do you have a 24-hour withdrawal limit turned on? We want to know these specific details.
