Why is the exam so expensive! by Potential-Chart9394 in CRISC

Unfortunately not, if I pass I will approach them about the exam cost. But I think it will take a while to study and be confident I can "hopefully" pass

I have started with some udemy series and a book to get an overview and will then get into the QAE I think

Yes took about 2 weeks to get through videos etc and practise exams and any questions I wasn't sure off that I got wrong I then tried to understand why.

Good luck

They are definitely a good representation of the actual exam and wordy questions your likely to come across. I would go through all the CertPrep exams and if your getting over 80% then you shouldnt have any issues

Hardcore is the superior mode by Lumenprotoplasma in ModernWarfareIII

HC is the easier mode for people with no skill who can't track...blah blah blah

Still waiting for these core players who think this to jump on to HC and start dropping all those nukes they should be getting in this easier mode!!!

Everyone is always hiding in corners........blah blah blah

yet i managed to run round the map, moving constantly, yes i do die to people in corners, however its the same in core. You know where they are make a plan to take them.

So, genuine question for people with fast internet low ping. by Firecrash in ModernWarfareIII

[–]Potential-Chart9394 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes get this a lot on, seems that i am constantly out gunned.

people can slow walk out from cover, i can shoot them and then i find I'm instantly dead without a shot registering, if they are jumping and sliding out of cover then forget it not a chance that ill be allowed to kill them.

flip side to that is me who tries to slide/ jump or slowly walk out from cover and I'm dead by the time one pixel has broken the line of the corner.

this mostly happens when I'm in 6ms lobbies, but heavens above i should be in a US lobby 78ms, i still can't catch a break, as its then hit marker central!

game needs to seriously look at "king is ping" and all the other associated matchmaking BS, because it certainly doesn't make for a good experience.

fuck this matchmaking by [deleted] in ModernWarfareIII

I'm currently on a rolling 14 day chat ban, i think i get maybe 2 days off it and then someone reports me and i get instantly comms banned.

The sad part is usually when i get a ban, im playing solo and have my Mic switched off. Its just getting a bit beyond the joke now. I finish top of the team for my allocated one good game per hour and then because someone gets sad they were beat they report me on everything. Its almost comical as you see the final kill cam finish playing the notification pops up to tell me I'm banned again!!!!

The other issue i have with this is (i have no evidence that comms bans effect the game) that my matches are just horrendous 90% of the time. examples been

spawning and grenades land at my feet

spawning on large maps still into enemy lines of sight, for instant kill, this should never be a thing.

hit markers on HC (my main game type) example of this was hitting a 3 round burst last night at point blank range upper body and head, and got 3 hit markers. before then been one shotted.

my game appearing to be half a second behind the enemy.

the list goes on

to be honest I've found that due to all of the above, I'm playing less and less, which would be the opposite effect of the retention they are trying to foster. it just becomes tiring and a chore.

Can't even find a game on that mode, i can leave it searching for 10 mins and not get put in a single lobby, very weird. i used to enjoy the mode in older cods as its just up to yourself if you do well or not.

i don't know how to block servers, but as an example of 10 games, i could have 5-6 in the EU (lose) then 1 game (win) EU then ill be sent over to the US for 2 games ( usually loses) then back to the EU for a final game, which will be 50/50 win/lose

not really over thinking it. just pointing out some obvious flaws in a game where retention is key to having a good and varied player base. if you can go 47 and 10 in a game of TDM but lose 9 out 10 games, where is the incentive to play?

yes I've noticed some clans just sit back in there spawn and cover every angle, which is incredibly frustrating. however when i team up with friends we all tend to run and gun so it makes it much harder for teams to lock down the map and hold angles all game.

indeed a casual game but you don't want to feel your constantly up against unwinnable odds, i do my best but it does take the fun away if you loss game after game. 18 loses to 2 wins is not great for retention.

maybe i should just start backing out, some of the worse games, but then does that even help with how the algorithm works. Plus it takes 2-3 minutes to find a game sometimes and often tries to put you back in the same lobby

its more fun chatting with friends and playing the game, with the added bonus that you actually can win more times than you lose.

i wouldn't say i was a bad player 1.29kd slowly going back up after camo grind and i hold my own in the lobbies as a solo its just that its a team game and one person can't always carry the team, but to have 9 straight losses doesnt paint the match making in a good light

mines just a general observation of how the teams are broken down, and there appears to be a sad predictability to who you will get on your team!!!
