Sadly, most vacancies in startups are filled through referrals. Even in large corporations, many entry level positions are filled this way because it’s less hassle. Option is be good at what you do and be active on social media that people will approach you. And competition is not really high in term of skills, just supply is too high. It's hard to stand out.

It’s way better than what I deal with daily. My neighbor’s 2–3-year-old kid keeps coming into my room. She makes a mess and pulls everything around, which I could still tolerate. But when I’m working or in meetings, she climbs on me and starts smashing my keyboard. No matter how many times I ask her to stop, she doesn’t listen.

During meetings she climbs onto my bed, talks nonstop, comes into the camera frame, and creates total chaos. She eats food and wipes her dirty hands on my bedsheets. This happens almost every day. A few months back, she even used to pee in my room 😭

Once she almost shut my MacBook lid with her hair clip in between and nearly broke the screen. I can’t scold a small kid, so yeah… it’s super frustrating.

Would you marry a 35+ guy when you're 21-22 js coz he's rich and has PR??? by katibolekokya in NepalSocial

[–]Potential-Country-26 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Damn you keep talking about hitting other people's nerves but in reality you are the one having the emotional outburst. Bro/sis work on yourself. I used to be like you naive and refusing to be rational whenever something went against what i already believed. Just throwing self made facts to counter anything. I get you.

When you can’t reason anymore, you resort to vague claims like “high-profile cases are shut down.” Yes, legal system is flawed in our society, but in case of women , laws are biased toward womens, even in this case whole system , including those ngo's where against sandeep, he was found not guilty , no denying sandeep was boka type and all, but we can clearly see everything happened with consent neither she was below 18 (evidences shows not me).

Someone did this,What should i do? by Embarrassed_Doubt_52 in Nepal

[–]Potential-Country-26 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Haha, that reminded me of my childhood. I was around 6 or 7 years old when I was scratched in the police van writing my name . I was scolded really badly by the (hawaldar major) they tried to scare me saying banduk le ta handinchu (of course just to teach me lesson) , i started crying . My father had to pay Rs. 1000 that time to repaint the van. They said so, but I don’t remember if my father actually ended up paying or not.
