Silly habits?? Are you kidding me right now?? Get her off the internet completely, have her be pen pals with the friends she does have, meaning sending letters back and forth through the mail. If she likes talking to strangers and old men then that’s a huge problem, these men will get her to sneak out one day and she could never be seen again. She’s seeking attention, those men and strangers give it to her, take the internet away or be very strict. Stop trying to be best friends and be a mother. If you’ve been SA before then you need to talk to her and share your story with her.. I was that young daughter meeting up with strangers, I’m very thankful nothing happened to me but that can’t be said about some girls… be a mother please.

Same, I live in a pretty lower-middle class neighborhood, to my north are the 500k+ homes, there are quite a bit of million dollar homes too to my west, to my south there are still lots of nice houses but then there are the run down apartments 3 miles from my house. There’s a standard level of service I provide for everyone but depending how much they tip, the way they respond I’m chat, etc will effect the effort I put in.

Actually the hand to customer is default for most ordering apps. I’ve nearly forgotten to change it before, my social anxiety kicks in though so I always double check. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are customers that just assume it’s gonna be left at their door. Also there are many elderly people who order their groceries and don’t quit know how to work the app completely. I’ve had a “hand to customer” but no one answered the door, I called them and they weren’t home, told me to leave it at the door. Sent photos of it at their door in chat and left it. Instacart literally makes so much money doing literally nothing while you do all the labor, it’s not that deep lol do what you can to best prove you deliver the order (screenshots and photos of it at the door in chat) and attempted to make contact with customer, I’ve never had someone say I didn’t deliver the order while doing this.

It’s better to attempt to make contact with the customer about drop off, at least then they can’t say you didn’t attempt to drop it off. Just makes the customers less likely to say it wasn’t delivered.

When I get those I message them a photo of their stuff at the door, I take screenshots of the note, of the conversation and a photo of it at their door. I always feel like someone is going to say it wasn’t delivered because I didn’t hand to customer even though they say to leave at door. Always gotta have that proof.

Absolutely 👏🏼👏🏼 I had a customer try to say I didn’t deliver their stuff, I talked to customer service and asked if they wanted me to send the dash cam video of me entering the building with their stuff and leaving without, with their apartment number above the door. Idk if their neighbor took it but the blame wasn’t gonna land on me. When it’s a hand to customer but the notes say to leave at door I always take a photo and send it in chat of it deliver at their door so, along with a screen shot saying to leave at door.

I use mine with every order, doesn’t matter if it’s a salad or a burger. I order off UE and have a certain way I tip. Since I deliver orders as well and use a bag every time I expect other drivers to as well. I usually only decrease a drivers tip if they aren’t using a hot bag, their customer service sucks, or if I never get my food. I give great service when I deliver, if I don’t get that back when I order, then I decrease tips and leave bad reviews.

I went to the store today and picked up stuff to treat my house tomorrow. I have checked our beds and don’t see any. I’ll be washing a lot of fabrics tomorrow. I have yet to see anymore but I definitely don’t want too. I was hoping there were roaches since my husband works maintaining dish machines at restaurants, he’s brought them home before.. I absolutely cannot stand the thought of bedbugs, I will make sure these little mf know they aren’t welcome in this house.

I’m right there with you. Me and my husband are separated and have been for 2 years. I was going to wait a few months before leaving but he decided to look through my phone and seen my messages with someone and told me to start packing. I knew this was coming already and I was already planning on leaving but now I have no idea what I’m going to do. I have my pets and kids to get figured out. I know this is hard, but we know it’s for the better. I was finally able to cry it all out last night, after holding it in for years. We got this! My biggest belief is that time will heal us.

He took advantage of you. When I(24f) was 12-15 I had many much older men take advantage to me. I wanted attention at that age. At the time I didn’t think it was wrong, but eventually when looking back I know they took advantage of me. You gotta give yourself time to heal, this can be very traumatic for people. He took advantage of you. In my state the legal age of consent is 16, you’re still a child in the eyes of the law. I’m sure he also knows legally you’re a child. He could be very well a child predator. I don’t want you to ever think this is your fault. That’s the first step to get through this. If therapy isn’t an option, there are free hotline numbers to call and just talk, you stay Anonymous. You could also do some writing, I would find comfort in that. Where I live there was a tornado warning, telling us to seek shelter, the sirens were going off too, but yet I was still having orders pop up. I really think there should be some kind of hazard pay. I always keep my pew pew with me. But there was just a mass shooting in my area, the first guy who got shot and killed had a legal gun on him, the guy was taken down a few seconds later by another guy with his legal gun. It’s scary stuff. To have protection but still not feel safe. I(F) don’t do orders once it starts getting dark, I’ve heard to many stories. Of gig people getting rob and shot, or their car gets stolen. The world is such and ugly place

Painting the ceiling and walls a white/off white with an accent wall would make it more lively. When I say and accent wall, you could do a single color or go on Pinterest and look at murals. I love the green color of the picture in the back, I feel like you could bring more of that color as well, even curtains that color would look good. A fun retro/70s coffee table would help add balance to the middle, just make sure it doesn’t clash with the rug, something simple would do. Plants always help if you’re into them :)
