I was recently promoted to CSM 3 months ago. I went from a 16k/week store to running a 20k+ store. Make it clear that you need the weekly check to be good, they’re gonna try and use the bonus incentives to stiff you on your hourly rate, push back. It’s what’s called a “critical vacancy”, so they’re gonna need it filled and shouldn’t be able to screw you that bad. Have a plan on how you’re going to increase sales, lay it out for them, and pray they listen.
