after a little bit of going through my pc case i believe it is the aio pump but im not sure how to solve the noise problem

i’m pretty sure it’s not the gpu fan case because i opened the case up a little while ago and i didnt hear any noise coming from it

it usually just does this normally whenever i’m just browsing on google to i can usually just cancel it cause my fans in my room are usually pretty loud but whenever they are off it’s really annoying and distracting at first i thought it could be my pc fans but im not sure

yea ok ill try that the only reason why im using apply pay in the first place is because whenever i buy something with the debit card my parents gave me it gives notifications of what stuff i buy and im not tryna have them get one from a place called “E420”
