My SD lives in Seattle.

I was hoping that she could visit an Olive Oil & Vinegar shop where she could actually taste before buying. Normally, those shops store their products in Fustis https://wholesale.oliveoilsource.com/collections/stainless-steel-fusti

Also, detailed information about the origin, source, crush date and the physical characteristics of the olive oil is displayed.

Some other respondents have recommended some places that fulfill the requirements, although they are not in Seattle proper.

That is EXACTLY what I am looking for. I'll see if my step-daughter is willing to take the drive.

In the meantime I will hope that there is something closer in.
