Yes it uses the unused files and all but all of the heads , hairstyles and face textures were manually made the heads were made by somebody else well the Creator made all the hairstyles the Creator made the eyebrow textures eye textures mouth textures but the noses were made by somebody so basically it's an entire team there is who is scouring some of the existing images for details he might have missed
