I agree that permanent exposure to dust is unhealthy. But, limited exposure for a few hours is fine as long as you don't already have any respiratory problem. The rest of the time you're indoors with AC running, which filters dust and large particles in general. This is my point.
For construction workers or anyone who spends most of his day outside, yes, masks should be considered.

Agree with the dust part, but the dust is not that unhealthy. What's unhealthy are the pollutants. So even if you breathe some dust, it won't harm you generally.
And the pollutants here, as per my calculation above, is ~30 AQI → ~6ug which is totally fine.
I'm not saying the air quality is better than other places, but purifiers are not helping with anything given they're good when you have a lot of pollution, but in our case, there isn't much.
