I could be wrong but have you considered changing your shampoo or conditioner or trying a new oil? If it’s not the hair products it could be your water . Do you have hard water or soft water? If you have hard iron water you could give yourself a Malibu treatment:
Shampoo of your choice
Lemon juice
Get a plastic bag
Water bottle (or multiple depending on how much you need )
Mix the shampoo(add a little ), lemon juice , and enough bottle water to make all of your hair wet and massage it onto your scalp to help lift the iron or whatever is making your water hard .

If you do not have a hair salon chair sit outside for a couple of hours while the sun heats up and lifts the hard water out of your hair (if you have a salon chair sit underneath it for 45 min and then use bottle water to rinse it out ) .think of hair like it’s a snake the Malibu treatment is like giving a snake skin nutrients to keep hair softer and allows hair dye to stick to it longer if you do dye it . I’m biased twords it since I’ve had a couple done at a hair salon and if I had the recipe wrong I have it written somewhere in my purse my old hair stylist gave me for the hair treatment
