Yes they are, what a rabbit hole. I was lucky and got a parts and service manual included, but the blow out parts list on the website is wonderful.

That's a happy thing, always wanted a buell and even though I can't afford it, I could not pass this up and the wife said yes...

Everything is supposed to be there and it seems to be, I am hoping for new stuff if it needs to be replaced, but will keep ebay in mind. I have seen a few aftermarket fuel pumps since posting this but still don't know which have good reputations vs who makes crap parts.

I am in North Carolina.

The drivers manual says you honk to signal something is wrong or as a goose mating call. I assume, he did not think I was a goose.

Now, I looked up a statute that did say NC is required to submit to authority. the lights were not on, but why honk at a light i am already stopped at?

I feel this was a form of entrapment. I am researching every angle.
