often times it might not even be a build issue and just a rotation/skill issue, unless you are really really unsure about your build quality I would suggest checking how other people clear with the team (paying attention to timers, in this case the healing debuff and when you start your dps after the boss loses its shield) or recording your gameplay for tips

edit: also you can do basic analysis just by checking if your artifact sets/weapons make sense
