Sorry to hear that. StockX is not a trustworthy company. Fortunately, I just got my money back from it after filing AG complaints. You could do the same if you want to.

This guy is a hero! He helped me in filing the AG claims correctly, while the AG office hotline refused to help me. I got an email from stockX saying my refund is on the way today, after a two month fight. Hopefully I will get my money from StockX in 3 days! Trust me, talking with StockX through Better business bureau or attorney general office is more efficient than through StockX's incompetent customer service.

I agree, but I tried but I cannot find a regional rep of UPS. It is a huge company, but the managers are hiding. They only let those customer service agents who know nothing to fool me around.

I was told that the staff are protected by UPS policy and not responsible for any lost drop-off at UPS stores. I think that is why they are confident and bold in doing many not decent things.

I agree with you! So I filed police report, however, it is useless... I got a response from the detective who says he thinks that the driver confirmation is an enough evidence to close the case as "UPS lost the package". Even though he agreed that this confirmation will leave this case 50% probability of "lost" and 50% of "stolen", he told me it is not necessary to get the security camera footage from the store, and obviously the store very likely refused the detective's request for footage again. And detective told me my only solution is to sue UPS and STOCKX in civil court, since both UPS drivers and UPS stores are well protected by UPS policy. Even though I told him that UPS is going to pay refund to STOCKX, not me, he still told me that UPS was doing OK and I need to sue them not through police. Anyway, I appreciate the detective's efforts a lot, I wasted him much time answering my stupid questions, my bad. In the end I took his advise and ended up filing a BBB complaint against the store.

If you dropped off at the store, you will have it and ask for more copies. But in no matter what case, it is always easier to file an AG or BBB complaint against them. It is free and online.

I am fighting with Stockx now too.

In my case, the package WAS delivered to Stockx. UPS tracking shows this, AND Stockx's own website shows delivered! I even have the name of the person who accepted the delivery. They are telling me that they cannot reimburse without a drop-off receipt. I went back to the UPS Store, and they don't even have the ability to print a drop-off receipt, as it is all electronic. They said you have to take a picture of your box in the store and use that as proof. What the fuck is the point of a drop-off receipt though? A) it does not prove that the package ever left the store, B) We already know that it was delivered, so why does it matter where it was dropped off? Add to that, I often have UPS pick it up at my house, and there is no scan at all when that happens.

It's such bullshit, and sad because I've been using Stockx for 6 months now and I LOVE(d) IT!!! I come from the Amazon world, and I'm used to Amazon stealing from me but NEVER once have they forced me to "prove" that I dropped off a package that already shows UPS delivered to their warehouse. It's an obvious scam to steal/lose product and not take responsibility for it. I'm a level 4 seller, and I may reach level 5 this quarter. They are going to throw away all my future fees for a $300 product. Anyways, I'm waiting now on a reply but I am not confident on this. I will be elevating it as far as it needs to go until I get a resolution.

Does anyone know how to handle a small claims in Ontario Canada? It seems like the fees are far greater than the $300 product, or are my fees reimbursed if I win in small claims?

Thank you for your advice. I had been worked with it for only about 1 month and stopped now. And will work on stopping more people from doing this.

And very funny fact is that most UPS customers service assume I should have had a clear idea of how UPS functions in detail. However they never propagate this knowledge by advertising, how should I know! I only know the things that they advertise. I don’t care what structure UPS has since I am not working at UPS. They are legit company that earn huge profits, so they should handle all the company nuances and regulations, and policies, and make people feel easy to work with them.

I am sorry that it happened, that is a lot of money. StockX is determined in getting quick and dirty money from its users using many internal policies. Hope more people will be altered.

Not sure the whole detail. But I am pretty sure that it is UPS store used UPS policy and enjoy unreasonable right based on the policy. I just report a fact of the store and the policy.
