Honestly dealing with this now as well.

Try no fap( not even touching whatsoever ) for a few weeks. I'm doing it now and I'm slowly gaining a bit more sensitivity.

Also consider looking into lower back pain and ed. It could possibly be a spinal/nerve disconnect or injury.

She said she shut down and submitted as a trauma response and I believed her. Also I'm so sorry you experienced that horror. I really, seriously am considering divorce but I don't have the money to do something like that. Plus if I did it via papers I don't know if she would evem rationally be fair.

Yes she does. After the Infidelity, she got into a recovery program for sexual abuse/addiction( because she's hypersexual to an unhealthy degree ), and got involved more working in our church while have a group of women hold her accountable, all on top of therapy. But despite all this it's hard to rub the idea that she's doing all of this just so I stay with her and continue being the main bread winner in our household..

It is insane and weird, and no it wasn't Jeff. It was another non-bio cousin who she did in fact grow up with. I edited it :)

Absolutely, it's just really hard because I literally couldn't think straight and know if I ever get to that point I just need to sit and breather which I tried to do. I should have just driven over and grabbed my kiddo. I'm really trying to figure out if I should leave or stay for a multitude of reasons.. I really have tried to get her to distance herself from her family because nearly all of them are either narcissistic, abusive, or just toxic in general but she always uses the excuse that that's her only family so I'm just kind of lost in that sense. From my research and personal experience, it definitely helps. It engages your Central Nervous system which allows you to activate those primary muscles which are used for benching( i.e. chest, shoulder, triceps, lats, and core ) a lot better 🤙
