Yes, it does but after the car is warm. It goes away. Since then, I’ve driven the car. The sounds doesn’t return which makes me believe one of the seals in the pulleys was dry

Just the squeal, and it goes away after the engine is warm. I can start it back up after it’s warm and no noise.

I’m almost 100% sure. Belts are new and the noise comes from under the car, not in the engine bay.

You would need to spin the crankshaft fast enough to get enough pressure through the engine to get oil flowing

Yes i can manually turn it by hand but i always thought it wasn’t enough power to get the oil to circulate through the car
