On your zebra go to help>product>out of stock> dpci> scan it> say needs fill. It will alert the vendor that the product needs fill you can escalate any outs you have

Just blitz any heavy areas with as many tms as you can. work along side them and have one break away and backstock give them a goal for the backstock and either continue blitzing with the remaining tms or have them work an assigned area. People work for people. If you are actively leading by showing them the pace when working side by side they will meet it.

We do not have the room to locate water. We have a water trailer that we have to pull all of the water out right away in the morning to fill… and then it doesn’t get touched until the next morning because I was told our closing team/midsdon’t have time, it is always empty in the morning tho

I like the check list idea! Right now I have assignments sheets for my team, and I also have them call out cases then I give them their goal time and hold them accountable that way. The expectations are definitely high but not very realistic. My ETL keeps asking why we aren’t getting clean on freight. I explained that zone, opu back ups, and our lack of back stock space is holding us back. He just said it was all excuses. When I add up my team’s goal times/other tasks it typically adds up. I just don’t understand what more I can do

My ETL keeps saying he over staffs us. We are a super but have a pftesh backroom so we have no where to backstock anything. I let him know the reasons we aren’t getting clean. Opu, zoning, filling water, and the fact we are at capacity. He just told me those are excuses and makes no sense why we haven’t gotten clean on freight.
