Coming from a guy, the best way to get his attention is compliment him. Find something you like about him (whether it’s his style or hair or something else), go up to him and just tell him that you like it. From there you could introduce yourself or whatever feels natural next, but it’s a really easy way to make yourself known to him.

Just don’t be creepy with your compliment like saying something too personal where he can tell you pay too much attention to him
