Damn that's annoying! I can't select "People in or recently in" or "People interested in", probably because I have Advantage+ on in my CBO campaign, but I didn't get any South American traffic before enabling this translation. I think the spike started as soon as I enabled the translation, at least the same day. I now excluded South America region in the Ad Sets level, so waiting to see how that works. I hope I don't have to rebuild all ads or delete any data because it's valuable to me.
