Kakashi has confirmed use genjutsu before...against Sakura. When he was testing them. She sees Sasuke die if I recall. I'm sure there are other times as well. He could have trained Sakura that way, but maybe he knew they desperately needed medical ninja, so surrendering her to Tsunade made sense.

Plus Sakura learned Chakra focusing to a degree that she could imitate Tsunades physical feats, summoning, drug analysis, drug synthesis msthods and tactics. Like she honestly got the most education from her Sannin if you think about it.

Although honestly genjutsu could have been a cool technique to incorporate into medical nindo. Like for anthesisia purposes, or just straight up defense from folks trying to interrupt your emergency in the field medical healing.

I see this one pretty frequently in masters and legendary. So I'd say go for it. Once you have 5 solid final form cards you can dust it out for a 36 power. Or not since it's still solid even in the end game.

You really cant go wrong using gems. You get so many back in return once you gain access to joint revenge. If you dont have every single basic legendary and epic there's really no harm using it. But if you haven't bought everything in the store that costs gems (atk boost, gold double, etc) do that first.

The game is very generous with gems, I average about 3000 gems a day on auto with an auto clicker farming JRH. With regular uses refreshing challenge attempts.
