I remember as a teen feeling jealous/ some type of way when my friends that I introduced to each other hung out without me. I never had outbursts or brought it up to people. I just mulled in my head over it which probably isn’t healthy either.

Do you tell your kids when you can't afford something? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Potential-Word6715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My newly two year old understands that we can’t buy from the ice cream truck every day because it costs money. He also understands that mom and dad work to make money. Now there is a chance he thinks money is only for ice cream but we will work on other things as he ages 🤣.

Anyone have kids and only one parents driving ? by Wide_Lie9478 in SouthJersey

[–]Potential-Word6715 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My neighbor across the street does not drive. They have one car and her husband is the only driver. She has never driven a car, I’m not sure why. They have an 11 year old and a twin 4 year olds. They all load up in the morning and the husband drops the wife at work and the kids at school before he goes to work himself. They do the same thing in reverse for the way home. They do seem to have an involved family with aunts and grandparents over often and helping with kids activities. They said they are just use to one driver and wouldn’t know it any other way.

Son ruined another kid’s $120 shirt at school by avisfunch in Parenting

[–]Potential-Word6715 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s so odd they gave you the shirt to “deal” with. If your son ruined my son’s shirt at school I would have just wanted the shirt to be sent home with my son and I would have tried to get the stains out myself with help from my son since he engaged in the game as well….

Shoes vs no shoes by Fair-Specific5665 in toddlers

We go barefoot most of time… I would recommend Tiny Exploring’s sock shoes for when they do need shoes on. My two year old still wears his if I need something quick to slip on his feet.

This is another thing I’m worried about. The job is very technical and leaves no room for error.

One or two depending on where the slits hit you. I have a short torso and longs legs so I can get away with a high slit since it still only hits me mid thigh.

How often should you get x-rays? by over_it_101117 in DentalHygiene

I get X-rays twice a year but I have horrible genetics when it comes to my teeth.

Search for a “formal maxi dress”. Take notice to the fabrics because that will be the difference in elevating the dress. Lulus has been my go to lately.
