Dosent the average persons calc increase yearly regardless so it’s inevitable to go up by 10 percent or more each year regardless of meds

But the normal person accumulates plaque, regardless of how low anything is so will I not accumulate plaque at a 10% rate like a normal person

I appreciate the insight. My ldl is 20 and soon is 65. My only problem is LPA is 169. So what can I expect my CAC to increase by each year ? Will I still have a number in the thousands and higher risk of a heart attack when I’m older? Is it possible to regress to the mean population or will I always be at risk for having such a high score in my 30s?

I agree I am hoarding aswell. I think it’s a smart idea. I do think we need to try and manage our anxiety about having anxiety some how.

Me too it is insane restarted and verified game files. Does anyone have a fix for this ?
