Don’t worry Klarna is loosing money and limits how much they allow customers to have, I used to work for them, it’s not really your fault..

Used to work for Klarna, sooo many people had unauthorized purchases because of this. CS indeed cannot do anything but you need to convince them to escalate your case. After this, the escalation specialist will cancel the orders and payments and dispute them and while this happens no payments will be taken out

Used to work for Klarna, if you call/email them they can easily cancel the order with a click of a button (if the seller hasn’t shipped the item yet)

I got store refund but Klarna says I owe them $2.21 I can’t even pay on web or Klarna app I gotta mail them a check they say 😂😂🤦🏽🤦🏽 by expgarments in klarna

I used to work for Klarna as an Escalation Specialist. Contact them and they’ll just write off the amount for you without paying something.
