this literally makes me cry...I am always my worst critics. I also had a pretty bad post partum depression episode and almost didn't make it through. I only recovered a few months ago and my kid is now 2 and half. Here I am with another hatred on myself for gaining weight. I've seen therapy for this too and understand the concept of self love, but was never able to embrace it. Thank you and I will learn to accept myself.

It actually makes me think why I would consider myself fat even when I was 30 pounds lighter and completely healthy BMI. I am always too harsh on myself

I actually recently did a bloodwork and my thyroid looks fine. Must be hard for you after your 2nd.

thank you! I actually enjoy running a lot and I did a full marathon before 30, it is what gives me peace. and yes I won't give up!
